Radio Nurse Call, Wireless Nurse Call

The Aid Call product is a radio nurse call system, allowing patient to alert nursing staff. The components are designed to be aesthetically pleasing and give patients and residents the maximum independance. It ensures that the highest level of care can be provided with efficient staffing levels.

As it is a wireless nurse call system, installation is very quick, easy and can be completed with minimal disruption. the system is easily expandable

The heart of the system is one of two newly developed call processor panels. Once a control panel is selected room units, and other accessories can be added to build up a complete system.


Components

 

CP5000CP5000 Control Panel

The 15" TFT flat screen can display text addresses for call types, locations, resident/patient names, active call list and staff location together with optional floor plan/map.

The status of calls is displayed and more information can be requested where necessary, for example, brief patient medical notes can be called up.

Four selectable alarm tones identify call, assist, emergency and fault.

Up to 10 zones can be programmed for each panel, plus an optional call logger can be built in automatically recording the history of the call events


CP3400 Control PanelCP3400

The CP3400 control panel offers a large LED display of four characters – the red character identifying the call type or zone and the yellow characters the room or bed, with a first call alerted by two green LEDS.

Four selectable alarm tones identify call, assist, emergency and fault. Up to 10 multiple zones can be programmed for each panel, An optional call logger can be built in, automatically recording the history of up to 50,000 call events

 

ATX3000 Room Unit

ATX3000The ATX 3000 room units come complete with pull cord and 2 sockets for pear push leads or auxiliary trigger devices which include an optional cradle and pear push lead.

The ATX3000 has a built-in infra red receiver that enables it to be remotely activated using the "Buddy" infra red transmitter.

Call types - Call, Assistance, Emergency, Cancel, Low Battery and Fault, Nurse Presence (optional)

Power supply - 4 x alkaline AA batteries

 




ATX4000 and ATX 5000 Room Units


Aid Call ATX 4000 & ATX 5000 room unitsThe ATX4000 and 5000 are the only bed head devices to use a dedicated alarm frequency and two-way radio technology to ensure that all calls are successfully transmitted and received by the display panels. An onscreen acknowledgment is also given at the bedside.

The ATX5000 displays a ‘Next Call Waiting' message, enabling staff to access their next call from the current client's room and use their time more effectively and efficiently.

The new Nurse Identification feature provides a permanent record of the nurse in attendance, allowing you to track and monitor individual staff activity i.e. which member of staff is answering which call and when.

Over door lights are available.

These indicators are multi colouredindicators designed to fit over the door to give additional visual indication of the origin of  the call.

 

Note :These are not wireless and need cabling back to the controller

Pendant

A wireless nurse call systems transmitter designed to be worn as a pendant. The pendant incorporates a visual reassurance indicator, large call button and neck cord with break point. These are ideal for use in gardens or public room where the resident or patient cann be near a wall mounted call point.



Call Logging

Call logging & management software

Call logging software can be installed on your PC
which will enable you to download to a hard drive up to 50,000 events

The software provides reassurance to the users' and clients' families and also acts as a management tool log to what ever happens to the system, including power failure. A record of events can be downloaded to include such information as number of visits to a client's room, the times at which the carer arrived and left, if the client leaves their bed or even the room itself.

This is a feature which many sites find invaluable in meeting the requirements of those clients whose needs are more demanding
