Fire Law is changing - are you covered ?
The new fire safety law brings new responsibilities.You are required to conduct a Fire Risk AssessmentIf you don't comply you could be prosecuted.
Following the Regulatory Reform Order enforced in October 2006, employers are responsible for fire safety in their premises.
Fire certificates will no longer be issued, they will be replaced by fire risk assessments conducted by the person responsible for the premises.
GD Systems Engineers are trained by BRE (The body advising the government on fire safety issues)
